Welcome to Way’s Mills
Picture a leafy hamlet of 23 small neat homes in the Eastern Townships of Québec, all but one of them having been there for more than 100 years. Across the bridge on the Niger River stand two Protestant churches, facing one another since the 1880’s over the Ball Brook Road.
The picturesque village is Way’s Mills, and one of the lovely pioneer churches. The Anglican Church of the Epiphany, now orphaned with no congregation left, is in dire need of repair and restoration. The budget for this work is approximately $150,000, of which “La Fondation du Patrimoine religieux du Québec” will match about twice what we raise, making our charitable target $65,000.
These funds will be used to repair the wooden exterior, the stained glass window, the interior walls as well as the roof and the bell tower. We are much in need of your generous tax-deductible support. The church is a recognized charitable organization and will furnish tax receipts. Our site is secured so your information will be protected. If you prefer, your contribution can be done by mail by filling in our donation form and mailing it to:
